COVID POLICY

Vibrant Life will be taking measures to protect our staff and patients during the coming weeks. Effective until further notice, the following protocols will be in place:

  1. If you have developed a fever, cough or sore throat, please contact our office to cancel your appointment.
  2. If you have traveled outside the United States within the last two weeks, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to allow a minimum of three weeks between your return date and scheduled appointment.
  3. If you have been exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you will need to call and reschedule your appointment.
  4. Only patients who are being treated will be allowed in the office (exceptions will be made for care givers). Significant others, family members, and children will have to remain at home or in the vehicle (if of an appropriate age). The waiting rooms will not be available to those not being treated.

Due to higher call volumes, our phone lines may be busy in the upcoming days. Please continue to call and we will address your concerns as quickly as possible. We are trying our best to ensure we are providing the best level of care for all of our patients.

We understand these new restrictions may pose an inconvenience and we apologize in advance. We are taking precautions to protect our patients, staff, and family members. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult circumstances.
